Do you work as freelancers?
We work through Datascale One GmbH as senior consultants. The model can be fixed-scope, fractional, or project-based — but we do not position ourselves as a generic freelance bench.Do you accept Arbeitnehmerüberlassung projects?
Not as the default model. If AÜG is explicitly required, we only discuss it through a compliant setup with a licensed partner and a clear commercial case — to be reviewed by the parties’ legal and compliance teams.Can you do 100% allocation for 12–18 months?
Rarely. We are a two-person senior team, so 100% long-term allocation has high opportunity cost. We prefer fractional architecture ownership or fixed-scope delivery.What kinds of projects are best?
