We're a two-person data and AI consultancy near Munich — Juri and Oleks Saloid, building production-grade systems for mid-market companies in DACH. Strategy, architecture, implementation, support — every engagement is us, directly.

# THE-THESIS

most data projects fail because business and engineers don't overlap.

we eliminated that gap.

The standard consultancy model sells you a team. You get a partner in the pitch, a manager in the kickoff, and a junior for the remaining eleven months. The strategist and the architect never actually talk — they email through an account manager.

We're two people. One handles strategy, compliance, and BI. The other handles infrastructure, data engineering, and AI. We sit on the same kickoff call and push code to the same repo. Decisions happen in hours, not in Jira.

Which means: no translation layer between what the business needs and what actually gets built. That's the gap most data projects die in. We don't have one.

    Juri Saloid is a business strategist, MarTech architect, and BI lead at Saloid (Datascale One GmbH), specializing in tagging architecture, consent management, analytics strategy, KPI frameworks, GDPR compliance, and EU AI Act readiness for enterprises in the DACH region.

    Juri turns messy business problems into clean data strategies. 10+ years in MarTech, BI, and analytics — automotive OEMs, FMCG brands, global MedTech. He designs the measurement and consent layer: tagging architecture, GTM setups, OneTrust and Usercentrics implementations, A/B testing frameworks, and connects it all to BI through Funnel.io and BigQuery. GDPR and EU AI Act aren't afterthoughts — they're the starting point.

    Oleks builds the systems that data-driven products run on. Cloud platforms, big data pipelines, AI agents, full-stack apps — delivered across AWS, GCP, Hetzner, and bare-metal EU. He turns "we need a unified data platform" or "we want AI in production" into working systems: infrastructure-as-code with Terraform, Spark and Hadoop processing, RAG, observability, deployment automation. If it touches cloud or data infrastructure, he's built it and kept it running.
